Common questions
Are you really available 24 hours a day?
Yes. Emergency calls are answered at any hour, every day of the year, and a crew is dispatched when the situation needs one.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. We document the loss with photos, moisture readings and an itemised scope, and deal with your adjuster directly. Coverage decisions are made by your insurer, and in Ontario you can generally choose your own restoration contractor.
What does it cost?
It depends on what was damaged and how far it spread, so we assess before quoting. On an insured loss you normally pay your deductible and the insurer pays the approved scope. If you are paying yourself, you get a written estimate before work starts.
Should I call my insurer or a restoration company first?
If water is still spreading, there is sewage, or the building is open to the weather, start the emergency work first. Policies expect you to take reasonable steps to limit damage. Report the claim as soon as the immediate danger is under control.
What areas do you cover?
The Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton and Niagara, Waterloo Region, Guelph, Simcoe County and surrounding communities. See the service areas page for the full list.
